In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 800 m, railway station "Bolzano" 44 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Ski lift 1.3 km, ski bus stop 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Buffaure (Sella Ronda) 1.3 km, Alpe Luisa 9.1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
