For shared use: small garden. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking space n 21 on the premises. Grocery, bakery 500 m, bus stop 200 m. Riding stable 450 m, mountain railway, slopes 700 m, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 400 m, children's playground 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 700 m, Corvatsch 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritzer See 150 m, Champferersee 2 km. Please note: no lift.

St Moritz is THE original ski town, having seen the start of winter tourism way back in 1864. One of the world’s high society resorts, it’s more exclusive than Zermatt but without the bling of Courchevel. With multiple ski areas and stonkingly pretty sights, it has to be skied at least once.
