Location: where is Chalet Yukon

Less than 5 minutes stroll (350m to be exact) from the Tourist Office and centre of Meribel, two minutes walk to the infamous O'Sullivans (Dick's T- Bar of late). The pistes at La Chaudanne are two minutes away by our Merishuttle chauffeur service.

We are rather pleased with this new chalet in Meribel. Two bedroom independent chalets are rarer than Marmottes in December, especially in the popular resort of Meribel. Renovated for us in the summer of 2017, Chalet Yukon provides rather unique accommodation for just four people with your own private hot tub and dedicated chalet host.

This wonderful little chalet is a delightful hideaway for a small group of friends or a family and offers a great deal of privacy. A freestanding chalet over two floors, the open plan living/dining space with log stove is perfect for four, and the patio doors open out onto your own balcony with an extraordinary and uninterrupted Alpine panorama.

The décor is smart and contemporary and we have thrown in a few toys as well, with wall mounted TVs in the bedrooms and some decent sounds in the living room. The bedrooms in Chalet Yukon are located on the lower floor. There is one double bedroom with an en suite shower, separate wc and secluded terrace with amazing views and direct access to the hot tub, plus a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.

All our catered ski holidays include;

  • Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
  • Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
  • Canapés on the first and last evening
  • 3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
  • A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner

Meribel's location is tricky to beat, slap bang in the centre of the mammoth Three Valleys ski area.
