Location: where is Chalet Trois Coeurs

Distance to piste 1km

10 mins to town

Meribel Chalets centre

Meribel is a large and scattered resort, don't be confused, there are many smaller villages such as Raffort, Chandon and Les Allues, upto 6kms away, from the centre. This chalet is located in the centre, however the centre does not mean that the shops, bars and main lift area are all on your doorstep. All our chalets are located all round the resort centre, and only a ten minute or less walk to the shops and bars.

The main lift area is slightly beyond this and although you could walk, there is no need as we operate a minibus service. The chalet is tucked away from the road, you almost wouldn't know it was there. Our minibus service means that one of our drivers will take you from outside your chalet down to the main lift area and ski schools in the morning, its approximately a four minute ride, at the end of the day you can text your driver for a collection home, even from the Rond Point.

It is less than a five minute walk to the shops and bars of an evening.

Meribel has a special place in many Brit's hearts – not simply because it’s right in the middle of the biggest ski area on Earth. A resort for long ski days, ski-boot-stomping après and cosy chalets, there’s a great deal to do and ski here, which is why many of us have been coming back for decades.

Meribel's location is tricky to beat, slap bang in the centre of the mammoth Three Valleys ski area. British made, and largely Brit run, it's a destination we flock to year after year for a homely atmosphere in a good looking resort with more than enough pistes for a week (or three). It's made up of a huddle of gorgeous hamlets, built in traditional wood and stone and surrounded by thick woodland. The main area is Meribel Centre (usually known just as Meribel). A traditional alpine village with choc-box chale...
Meribel is one of the best ski resorts to learn in. There are three beginner areas known as 'Ski Facile' (easy ski) plus great green pistes to practise on including Le Foret and Altiport. Both runs are carefully planned out so you can practice at your own pace in quiet surroundings. If you're skiing with children, there are fantastic ski schools and child-orientated areas, including animal sculptures scattered around the trees at the 'Pistes des Animaux' where children can learn about local wildlife as they e...
Whether your day on the hill leaves you wanting to relax with a vin chaud, have a pint and play pool, or party the night away, your time off the slopes can be as varied as the day spent cruising the incredible Trois Vallees. It's said that you haven't experienced après ski here (or anywhere for that matter) until you've sampled toffee vodka in Le Rond Point, which is easily one of the most famous après ski bars in the world - complete with a slide down to the toilets! Meribel's rightly famous for its nightl...

Jake and Emily our hosts were 10 out of 10. They were extremely friendly. We didn't want for anything as they had thought of everything. The hosts were great company, with an excellent knowledge of the resort. The food was cooked to perfection all week and was amazing. Can you send me the recipes. The afternoon tea and cakes were just what we needed when we got back from a hard day's skiing, thanks Emily. The rest of the staff were also friendly and would definitely recommend this holiday to anyone! Can honestly say I haven't got a single bad word to say. Hopefully see you next year. John & Vicky

The week we spent in Trois Coeurs reminded me of why chalet holidays are so good. A beautiful and spacious chalet that was well equipped, cosy and comfortable. All of the staff were amazing, from the greeting at the airport, to the minibus drivers in the resort. The hosts Mark and Liga struck the perfect balance of being professional and friendly, and the food they produced all week was fantastic. I've been on many chalet holidays over the years and this was one of the very best.

"Best Holiday!"

We enjoyed a wonderful week at chalet Trois Coeurs. The chalet was immaculate and offered all the home comforts we could wish for. The chalet hosts Mark & Liga were fantastic, they were great company, great cooks and really helpful. The whole resort team were lovely, they were friendly and attentive without being intrusive (unlike other companies!). The whole experience was brilliant, there was no stress and we felt totally looked after. This was the best skiing holiday I have been on, and actually the best holiday I have ever had, never been so reluctant to come home!
