Beautiful house "Chalet Spatn", built in 2020. 2.1 km from the centre of Fügen, 10 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 47 km from the centre of Innsbruck. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 2.1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Fügen" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.2 km, indoor swimming pool 3.2 km. Ski lift 3.2 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.

Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen.
