Location: where is Chalet Sakami

The location is fantastic, just above the central amphitheatre and hubbub of the resort with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain panorama. It's a short walk to the very heart of the town and within 50 metres of the pistes. For guests staying in Chalet Sakami our pre-booked ski hire is provided by MirFamose Skiset, which is just a 5 minute walk away.

Chalet Sakami offers the perfect space for six guests over three floors. The huge windows and balconies allow you to enjoy mountain panoramas from every room. Built into the side of the mountain, the open plan living / dining area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day on the mountain.

Your dedicated chalet host will serve breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal on 6 evenings. On the first and last evening you will also enjoy chaphagne and canapes.

Each of the en-suite bedrooms enjoys stunning views and can be presented as either a twin or a double. The location really is fantastic, just a short walk to the very heart of the town and within 50 metres of the pistes.

For guests staying in Chalet Sakami we recommend the ski hire service from MirFamose Skiset. The shop is a short walk from the chalet so once you are settled and have sampled the afternoon tea that awaits you on arrival a member of the Ski team will take you to the shop. We are confident you'll get the very best of service from the MirFamose team.

Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.

All our catered ski holidays include;

  • Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
  • Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
  • Canapés on the first and last evening
  • 3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
  • A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner

We now offer three complimentary scheduled bus services from Geneva to and from each of our resorts at different times of the day. And we also offer incredible upgrade rates for personal drivers and private transfers from any airport to all of our resorts. Please call us for more details.

This package holiday to Chalet Sakami in Avoriaz, France departs Sunday 15th March 2026, for a 7 night stay on a "catered chalet" board basis.
