This contemporary, four floor chalet is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood a 10-minute drive from the heart of Megève and 3-minute drive to the nearest ski lift. Light, bright and welcoming, it is a perfect base for a group or family of up to eight who want to immerse themselves in the beautiful surrounding landscape, without compromising on high-end appliances, facilities and luxuries.

The living floor is a wonderful space flooded with light and offering stunning views through the large windows. The interior is all beautiful, high-quality wood, adding warmth to the bright and airy space. With plush, neutral furnishings and statement lighting pieces, this floor oozes luxury and is spacious and inviting.

The open plan lounge leads on to the adjacent TV area, where a large flat screen and comfortable sofa offer the ideal spot to enjoy cosy movie nights. On the other side, the open plan dining area is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the large wrap around balcony, where après drinks outdoors as the sun sets can easily move indoors to luxurious dinners shared with loved ones.

Seating eight, the dining table is overlooked by the sleek modern kitchen, with matte black cabnitery, high-end appliances and generous work surfaces, as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a beautiful spacious en-suite shower room, terrace access and luxurious textiles and plush carpets creating a soothing and peaceful environment for rest.

The master suite occupies the second floor, featuring a TV corner, walk-in closet and sweeping views from floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to the balcony. It also boasts a spacious en-suite in white marble with freestanding bath tub, separate shower and his n’ hers sinks, all accented with stylish matte black fixtures.

Guests will benefit from the sauna and gym on the lower ground floor - the perfect space to unwind after days exploring the mountain. There is also a beautiful wine cellar on this floor, a ski room and a garage for 1-2 cars. Further outdoor parking spaces can accommodate two extra vehicles.
