The wooden chalet (105.5 m2 on 2 floors) is located about 2km outside of the center in a quiet residential area. In winter there is a free ski bus stop nearby. On the ground floor there is a cozy living/dining room with a sofa, TV and dining table, and an exit to the garden. Free wifi. Small, open and functional kitchen. 2 double rooms. Bath/shower/toilet. Upstairs (lockable, accessible via internal staircase), there is a large twin bedroom with TV and an open gallery with children's play area and a separate toilet. In the basement of the chalet there is a hobby room with table football and a ski room, as well as a garage. Two additional outdoor parking spaces in front of the house. Patio and garden with outside fireplace. Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING HOUSE. 4 room apartement on 2 floors: open kitchen, living room, 3 double rooms, bath-shower-toilet, seperate toilet. Included: Bath- and kitchen towels, local tax. Excluded: Baby cot CHF 20.00, key deposit CHF 300.00.
