Location: where is Chalet Fleur de Neige

Chalet Fleur de Neige is located just 50m from the piste. Here, there is direct access to the 6-person chairlift out of the village and the Vanoise Express lift to access the La Plagne ski area.

Plan Peisey is located at 1650m and offers skiers the best location to enjoy the Les Arcs and La Plagne ski areas, known as the Paradiski area. Easy lift access is available throughout the village for the Les Arcs ski area, and the Vanoise Express is the lift that links Les Arcs and La Plagne.

Although small in size Peisey offers a good number of bars, 2 shopping centres, and restaurants, and for those seeking just a little bit more - Vallandry is located 10 minutes away. The skiing back to Plan Peisey is very scenic through the trees which offer shelter in bad conditions.

Overview: chalet description: Chalet Fleur de Neige description

Chalet Fleur de Neige has charm and comfort in spades. With its seven bedrooms, each providing en suite facilities, and with the space to sleep up to 15 guests, you are sure to enjoy a great group holiday with friends old or new. The open plan dining area and lounge provides a fantastic sociable space, large enough to ensure that guests can dine and relax together throughout their stay. Beautiful snow-covered views across the valley can be enjoyed from the sizeable windows leading out to balconies, where guests can go to enjoy the crisp valley air and the views can be even further appreciated.

The warm and cosy living area provides comfortable seating and a warming log-burning fire for those evenings when you are just too exhausted to do anything but sit, snuggled up in front of the blazing fire with a hot drink in hand. What could be more idyllic?

If that’s not enough, there is a sauna located on the lower level of this chalet so that guests can indulge and relax even further. Let your tired muscles unwind after the days exertions and to ensure that you are in peak condition for another fun-filled day in the snow. For guests comfort and convenience, there is also a ski and boot room on this lower level too, complete with boot warmers - a welcome treat on those chilly snow-covered mornings.

Chalet Fleur de Neige can not take infants, and rooms 4 and 7 have low beams.

Dietary Requirements

We strive to ensure that your specific dietary requirements and preferences are catered for as best we can. Please let us know at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date, to ensure that this is possible. Our team can cater for special dietary requirements be they for medical reasons, religious reasons or simply personal preference. Our chalet hosts will be advised of these requirements in advance of your stay and every effort will be made to ensure that they are met. However, we cannot guarantee that certain ingredients will not be in the environment nor can we guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Children's Food

Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 8pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.

The Festive Season

An Alpine chalet is a wonderful place to spend the festive season. We provide Christmas trees and decorations. On the day itself, you can look forward to aperitifs, turkey with all the trimmings, flaming Christmas pudding, mince pies, and of course, Christmas crackers. For New Year most of our resorts will have torch-lit descents, fireworks and other celebrations. Alternatively, you could just enjoy New Year's Eve dinner in your chalet with a glass or two of fizz.

We update Chalet Fleur de Neige's details often, but facilities do change. e.g. some extras listed by the supplier as "free" or included might only be for the first time you use them, or for one time per party, then charged for further use. If any specific feature is essential to your holiday, make sure you ask us to confirm the details of it before you book your holiday.

Les Arcs came to be in 1968 after a group of ski instructors and architects dreamt up a resort with all the perks of a village but a mountainside location. It grew into one of the largest, most incredible ski areas in the Alps. The closest airport is Chambery with a transfer time of a couple of hours, plus transport links from Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble. Present-day Les Arcs consists of four main purpose built villages. The original resort, Arc 1600, was created for doorstep skiing and is linked by a funicular ...
As you'd expect from one of the biggest ski areas on the planet, there's everything from gorgeous tree-lined runs to wild, white-knuckle off-piste. For beginners, each of the 3 main Arcs has 'ski tranquille' zone, and the wide beginner runs leading to the resort have gentle gradients perfect for practising. Local instructors are on hand to show you the ropes, with ski schools based in each of the main villages (1800 has the most). There are magic carpet lifts at 1800 and 2000 - an easy way for newbies to get up ...
If you're looking for a party, Arc 1800 is the place to be. With heaps of watering holes like the Red Hot Saloon (or the 'Red Bar' to use local lingo), Benji's and La Folie Douce. If you're looking for more of a French-style après spot, Ambiente Cafe has a really cool atmosphere and lots of nice cocktails (happy hour usually starts at 4) while Le club 1950 your venue if you're looking to party into the wee hours. Arc 1600's a little quieter but for good music and a scenic terrace check out Les 2 Têtes. In te...
