Recently completed, the elegant Chalet Bouquetin is set out over four floors sleeping a total of ten people in six bedrooms.

The luxury chalet is conveniently located in the quiet Plan Pra area, a short drive to the centre of the village. Built into the side of the mountain, the chalet boasts stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

Beautifully furnished throughout, the chalet is equipped with a state-of-the-art cinema, massage room, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and a Hammam.

Enter the chalet on the ground floor of the building where the large ski and boot room (with heated lockers) is located.

Also located on this floor is the spa area with a sauna, hammam, and a huge stone bath tub. The cinema room and massage rooms are accessed by climbing a flight of stairs from the spa.

Also on the ground floor are located two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace and garden where the outdoor hot tub is located. A further guest toilet and the garage are also located on this floor.

The first floor houses the chic open plan living area which opens up to the dining area with its impressive chandeliers and dining table seating 12. The expansive balconies are accessed from these rooms. The cinema room and Mazzot are also accessed across the balcony and terrace from the living room. The kitchen can be used on an open plan basis or sliding doors can be closed if you would prefer more privacy when dining.

One flight of stairs leads to a children’s television area while a further flight of stairs leads from the living room to the second floor where there are two single children’s bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The master double bedroom is located on the top floor with a large en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

The chalet is normally provided with a dedicated driver service when sold on a full service catered basis.

One internal and two external parking spaces are available at the property.
