Chalet Bayona is located 50m from the Plan Peisey ski school (ESF), 6-person chairlift and the Vanoise Express lift to access the La Plagne ski area.
Plan Peisey is located at 1650m and offers skiers the best location to enjoy the Les Arcs and La Plagne ski areas, known as the Paradiski area. Easy lift access is available throughout the village for the Les Arcs ski area, and the Vanoise Express is the lift that links Les Arcs and La Plagne.
Although small in size Peisey offers a good number of bars, 2 shopping centres, and restaurants, and for those seeking just a little bit more - Vallandry is located 10 minutes away. The skiing back to Plan Peisey is very scenic through the trees which offer shelter in bad conditions.
Chalet Bayona sleeps 14/15 in seven en-suite bedrooms, which are spread over three floors. The lounge and dining area is located on the upper floor which is up half a flight of stairs from the entrance floor. The log-burning stove dominates the lounge dining area and welcomes guests to relax after a day on the slopes. Large picture windows offers views across the valley. The west facing balcony has fabulous views of Montchavin and the North Face of the Bellecote peak in la Plagne. The comfortable seating area is perfect to absorb the full ambience of chalet Bayona which is finished to a high standard. A sauna is available on the lower floor. Bayona is a popular retreat on our chalet programme.

Dietary Requirements
We strive to ensure that your specific dietary requirements and preferences are catered for as best we can. Please let us know at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date, to ensure that this is possible. Our team can cater for special dietary requirements be they for medical reasons, religious reasons or simply personal preference. Our chalet hosts will be advised of these requirements in advance of your stay and every effort will be made to ensure that they are met. However, we cannot guarantee that certain ingredients will not be in the environment nor can we guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
Children's Food
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 8pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
The Festive Season
An Alpine chalet is a wonderful place to spend the festive season. We provide Christmas trees and decorations. On the day itself, you can look forward to aperitifs, turkey with all the trimmings, flaming Christmas pudding, mince pies, and of course, Christmas crackers. For New Year most of our resorts will have torch-lit descents, fireworks and other celebrations. Alternatively, you could just enjoy New Year's Eve dinner in your chalet with a glass or two of fizz.
