Very beautiful chalet "Aquarius", 3 storeys, built in 2008. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden lawn. Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Shop, restaurant 300 m. Golf course 15 km, gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: not suitable for small children. Ski bus (free of charge).

"Chalet Aquarius", 6-room chalet 245 m2 on 3 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room 85 m2 with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 4 balconies, north-east facing position and north-west facing position, terrace. Terrace furniture.
