· sits above the town, a little further up the mountain · less than 1 minute's walk to the ski bus stop · less than 5 minutes' bus ride down to the resort centre · 5 minutes' bus ride to the ski school meeting point · 15-minute walk or 2-minute bus ride to the Mottolino gondola · 6 minutes' walk to the supermarket
Set a bit above the town, looking out over the valley, you’ll find Casa Fabrizio. These apartments are just the thing if you’re after some peace and quiet in your off-slope hours. Plus, you’re a short stroll from the ski bus stop, so mornings are as simple as hopping on and riding a couple of minutes to the Mottolino gondola.
The apartments have a rustic look from the outside, thanks to the cream walls and wrap-around wood panelling. Inside, you’ll get a living room to chill out in and a kitchenette where you can whip up whatever you fancy, so you can really make your stay your own. And, handily, the supermarket is just a short walk down the road – ideal for those last-minute strokes of inspiration.
This place keeps things simple, so you won’t find much in the way of extra facilities here. If you fancy eating out, there are a handful of restaurants nearby, or jump back on the bus and you'll be in the middle of town in minutes, where you’ll find a whole host of spots to choose from. While you’re there, you can make the most of Livigno’s duty-free shopping and lively bars.
