In the district of Preyerand, 250 m from the centre, directly by the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Parking, public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 20 m, shopping centre 250 m, restaurant 50 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m.
