The hotel is situated in a prime position in the centre of Zermatt, close to the church. All valley stations for the mountain railways and cable cars are approximately 4 km from hotel. This family-friendly ski hotel has 49 rooms and a cosy atmosphere with numerous facilities. Amenities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors a games room and for younger guests there is a playroom and a children's playground. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine in the restaurant. There is an Internet corner with wireless Internet access and guests can also take advantage of the laundry services. All rooms are en suite and feature a shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Further features include a safe and individually regulated air conditioning. The hotel has a spa area with a solarium, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room and massage treatments. Additional amenities include darts and bowling.
