The hotel is offered on a half-board basis with breakfast and dinner included with your stay.

Breakfast is served from 6am-10am Monday- Friday and 7am-11am on the weekends and consists of a buffet served in Restaurant Kiisa.

Dinner includes a three-course buffet-style meal at the Restaurant Kiisa. A Festive Feast is included for all guests arriving before Christmas, for a Christmas celebration meal with games and music. Please note that the Festive Feast replaces the last dinner included in the half-board option or if you’re staying over Christmas the Festive Feast will take place on Boxing Day and replace your half-board dinner on this day.

There is an onsite Coffee House and Bar (pay locally) located by the hotel's reception. Coffee House has its own espresso and filter coffee, which is sustainably produced, as well as homemade cakes and lunches. It is also open for cocktails and drinks in the evening.

Grill It! Levi is part of the Break Sokos Hotel, and specialises in meats and vegetables being cooked over a charcoal grill. You can even enjoy your meal on the terrace as there are heated glass cabins to keep you warm (payable locally).
