The modern equipped 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m2) is in quite an old 3-family house with a big natural garden area (small playground, small river), very quietly and sunny situated, close to the centre and the swimming pool. The apartment has got its own entrance and direct access to the garden; also ideal for families with children. Public parking (CHF 30.00 weekly) is situated 60m away from the house. No pets allowed. Garage on request. WLAN. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Attention: Construction site nearby from June 2016 to December 2018. 3-room apartment, ground-floor: 1 twin room, 1 double room (grandlit), living room (double divanbed) with open kitchen, shower-toilet Included: Kitchen- and bath towels, local tax. Excluded: Garage CHF 60.- per week, deposit CHF 300.00.
