Rustic, comfortable 2-family house "Benny", 3 storeys. In the centre of Livigno, 38 km from the centre of Bormio, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, directly by the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Ski lift 600 m, slopes, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: no lift. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
