Beautiful, very comfortable chalet "Belle Vue", 2 storeys. 2 apartments in the residence. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a sunny position. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Carport. Shop 500 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Tennis 100 m, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 50 m, sled run 100 m, children's playground 150 m.

"Belle Vue", 4-room chalet 180 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the veranda. Large living/dining room with veranda, sliding door, panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. 1 large room, south facing position with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with bar, dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. Balcony 20 m2, north facing position, large terrace 40 m2, west facing position, small terrace 15 m2, south facing position, garden 180 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Reserved parking (3 cars), height 220 cm. Please note: non-smoking house.
