Located inside the new and exclusive Balegia Residence, Balegia Apartment 2 enjoys a prime position, just a short stroll from the centre of Lech and only moments away from the lifts to the slopes. The closet ski lift, Schlosskopf, is only a 1-minute's walk away offering quick and easy access to the slopes on those mornings when you want to enjoy fresh tracks.
The apartment itself sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Designed with an eye for the alpine environment and fuss-free minimalist living, it is the finest example of a contemporary, luxurious finish. The perfect sanctuary for winding down and relaxing in after a day on the slopes.
Both bedrooms have beautiful large double beds (which can also be split for convenience into twin beds), terrace access as well as TVs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Each bedroom has been tastefully designed with care taken to ensure that the colours, lighting and use of materials are in synergy with the alpine environment while maintaining an ultra-chic feel.
At the heart of the apartment you will find the open plan living and dining area. Features include a large plasma TV with big, sumptuous sofas. Floor to ceiling French windows create a wonderful space for sophisticated dining and entertaining friends.
Balegia Apartment 2 offers an effortless winter base for a small family or group of friends looking for a week long stay or weekend break in the mountains.
Guests have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.
The Lech chalet is sold on an accommodation only, self-catered or bed and breakfast basis.
