· 1 minute’s walk to the Palipert drag lift · 15 minutes’ walk to the Carasello 3000 gondola · 12 minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket · 1 minute's walk to the ski bus stop
Reaching the slopes is pretty easy from Bait Dal Cucù. The ski bus stop's right outside and it’s only a 5-minute ride to the Carasello 3000 gondola, or on to Livigno central for blue slopes galore. There’s also a drag lift even closer than that – just a minute’s stroll from your door, the Palipert blue run is a great place to practice those turns or fit in a warmup before catching the bus to the mountain.
The apartments are simple and homey in style. Tiled floors and exposed beams bring a touch of the old Italian charm, while some bright colours on the walls have things feeling light and cheery. This one’s a good choice if you prefer a home vibe to a hotel atmosphere.
Cucù’s kitchens are bigger than you’ll find on most ski stays and are equipped to help you rustle up some hearty grub when you get back from the slopes. It’s a kitchen-diner layout and it’s a good size for group meals or maybe gathering around for some games in the evenings. Last, but not least, the balcony offers some nice views and is a great spot of waking up with a hot drink or ending the night with a digestif.
