Beautiful, rustic small apartment house "Auf dem Vogelstein". In the district of Schwendi, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: patio. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bicycle rental 3.5 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Schwendi" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4.5 km, tennis 4.5 km, minigolf 3.4 km, sports centre 3 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski rental 2.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 15 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
