Residence "Aravis", 7 storeys. In the centre of la Croisette, directly by the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking, public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 50 m. Skisport facilities 20 m, ski school 50 m, ski-kindergarten 200 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. 3-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor, renovated, very beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with flat screen, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 open room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, raclette grill). Bath/WC. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Ski locker: level 1 (ground floor, behind the mail boxes).
