Location: where is Aquila 2

Beautiful, luxurious small apartment house "Aquila", 5 storeys, built in 2004. In the district of Zer Bännu, 850 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Supermarket 750 m, restaurant 350 m, bakery, bicycle rental 850 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 500 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 850 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 1.1 km, children's ski school 1.1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Taxis can drive to within 50 steps of the house. After this point, you can use the elevator after the first staircase next to the house Capriolo, to avoid the extra stairs.

Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 13 m2, south facing position.
