Very modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Apartments Austria", 4 storeys, renovated in 2022. 20 apartments in the property. In the centre of Söll 23 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, 73 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a central position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a pedestrian area. In the house: reception, bar, WiFi, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house, in winter 30 m. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, café 10 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, bathing lake "Going" 13 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiwelt Söll- Wilder Kaiser 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Hintersteiner See - Scheffau 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Between the Wilder Kaiser Mountains and the Hohe Salve (one of Austria’s highest peaks), Söll is the main resort in the Ski Welt - Austria’s second-largest lift-linked ski area. Getting here is easy - you are no more than an hour away from Innsbruck airport and those travelling by rail can get here in about 15 minutes from Wörgl. Beginners will find a high standard of learning facilities in the area, with Skischule Söll providing many courses for different age groups. Though this is a quaint Austrian village with fantastic offerings for families, Söll still knows how to have a good time. Before you ski back down at the end of the day, stop at the Gipfelalm on Hohe Salve for a drink – it has a 360° panorama of over 70 high alpine peaks!
