Very modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Apartments Austria", 4 storeys, renovated in 2022. 20 apartments in the property. In the centre of Söll 23 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, 73 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a central position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a pedestrian area. In the house: reception, bar, WiFi, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house, in winter 30 m. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, café 10 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, bathing lake "Going" 13 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiwelt Söll- Wilder Kaiser 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Hintersteiner See - Scheffau 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

"Superior Bergblick 14", 3-room apartment 69 m2 on 3rd floor. Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms, each room with cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 195 cm), dining table, cable TV and flat screen. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Balcony 8 m2, north facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Between the Wilder Kaiser Mountains and the Hohe Salve (one of Austria’s highest peaks), Söll is the main resort in the Ski Welt - Austria’s second-largest lift-linked ski area. Though this is a quaint Austrian village with fantastic offerings for families, Söll still knows how to have a good time. Before you ski back down at the end of the day, stop at the Gipfelalm on Hohe Salve for a drink – it has a 360° panorama of over 70 high alpine peaks!
