Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave). Bathroom, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Balcony, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm.

Tignes-Le Lac: Residence "Le Shamrock", 6 storeys. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the lake, 100 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Centre aquatique Lagon 100 m, Centre sportif Espace Tignes 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isères 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Tignes 100 m. Hiking paths: Parc de la Vanoise 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Tignes le Lac.

Owing its snow-reliability to the Grande Motte glacier, the local ski area is joined with Val d’Isere’s to form the mammoth Espace Killy - intermediates will have a whale of a time here. Choose between 5 different villages, whether your priority is convenience, cosiness or cheap accommodation. Tignes also has one of the most famous New Year parties in the Alps.
