The property is ideally situated in prime position for exploring the resort’s excellent culinary offerings, the charming historic old town, and the vast slopes of Les 3 Vallées, the world’s largest ski area. Just a 1-minute stroll from the very centre of the resort and a 5-minute walk to the Chamois ski lift, the apartments could not be more perfectly located.

You are welcomed to Apartment 105 by the beautiful open plan living and dining area, where double-height ceilings panelled in rich wood create an impressive and luxurious effect. Decorated in stylish cream and matte black hues, with furniture centred around the statement modern fireplace, this is an inviting and social space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and sliding doors lead out onto the balcony where you can enjoy sweeping views across the village to the mountains beyond. The furniture is ultra-stylish and contemporary, and the decor is accented with luxe textures and sensitive lighting. A large flat screen TV is seamlessly set into the chimney breast so you can curl up in front of an after-dinner movie with your loved ones.

The dining area is semi-divided from the living room by the fireplace, where the dining table seats eight guests in beautiful chairs, and elegant spotlights above set the mood for delicious dinners shared with friends and family. Neighbouring the living and dining area, divided by a large island, is the fully-equipped kitchen with high-spec fixtures, finished in light wood - the perfect place to whip up your favourite meals during your stay. The whole living floor is spacious and designed with entertaining in mind.

The four bedrooms all boast neutral understated decor, yet are finished to the highest of standards, giving a luxe and contemporary feel. Fixtures and furnishings such as tasteful pendant lighting, mirrored wardrobes and soft throws elevate the atmosphere and you are guaranteed to awaken feeling well-rested each morning, ready for a day of exploring Megève. One of the double bedrooms and the master bedroom are located on the living floor, both with TVs and plenty of storage space. The double room has an en-suite shower room, while the master boasts an en-suite bathroom. Situated on the upper floor is a further double bedroom, and a single bedroom - both with their own en-suite shower room and TV.

There is a shared ski room in the building. Please note: Parking is offsite, at a public shared garage, with one access badge assigned per apartment.
