House "Apart Bergart". 400 m from the centre of Fügen, on the outskirts, 7.2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 45 km from the centre of Innsbruck. For shared use: property 400 m2 with courtyard. In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, mountain railway 1.7 km, ski lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The landlord allows in the period 25.04.-30.10. bringing a pet. In the other seasons, pets are not allowed.

Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen.
