Modern, cosy 2-family house "Annette", built in 2008. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: beautiful garden with lawn. Barbecue. Private: patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km, ski lift 300 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, cross country ski track 300 m.

This small resort is a brilliant base if you’re looking to ski the Wildschonau valley or the Ski Juwel area. A number of drag lifts lead up from the main resort to the nursery slopes making this an ideal place for first time skiers.
