You can ski back to the apartment from the ‘Piste B’ blue run on the Pleney slope.

It's a short walk up the piste to ski down to the Pleney telecabine. It is 5 minute walk into the centre of Morzine for the restaurants, shops and bars.

This apartment is part of an exclusive development completed in Summer 2015. Is contemporary in design and finished to very high quality.

It’s a spacious penthouse duplex apartment with a vaulted ceiling in the living area and glass front looking down onto stunning views of Morzine.

The penthouse comfortably sleeps 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, it also has 3 bathrooms.

This apartment is perfect for groups of friends, combined with Altitude 4 could accommodate a group of up to 17 people.

There is one double en-suite master bedroom with balcony, bedroom 2 is en-suite with two single beds and balcony.
