For shared use: terraced garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 25 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 3.5 km, Hochzillertal - Hochfügen 10 km, Ski Zillertal 3000 8 km. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Zillertal Arena.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: 2 extra beds can be booked additionally. These are located outside the apartment, in a extra small room with 1x2 bunk beds, sink and shower and separate WC on the first floor. Access via the stairwell.
