Portes du Soleil chalet deals

The traditional architecture of the Portes du Soleil resorts means a stay in a rustic alpine chalet will be the finishing touch to the excellent skiing in the area. Usually fully catered, most chalet accommodation comes with breakfast, afternoon tea served with cake and supper with wine. For ski-in ski-out, check out Avoriaz and the Chalet Violetta, which sleeps 14, it’s perfect for a larger group seeking a cosy alpine base. The Chalet Martine in Les Gets is a really popular choice for smaller family groups, as it offers smaller apartments within a chalet. It is based in a slightly quieter area of the village, and is a short distance from the nearest lift, so little ones needn’t struggle with heavy equipment for long. For smaller groups, the Chalet Vache d’Or in Morzine sleeps 8 and is located right by the shuttle bus stop, which is just 5 minutes from the nearest lift.
