New for 2024 2025, our contactless catering service is a modern twist on the traditional chalet holiday. On arrival, your chalet will be ready and waiting for you with beds made and food for breakfast every day, afternoon tea and a three-course dinner on six of the seven nights, plus unlimited wine and some beers. Choose from over 50 contactless-catered chalets in top resorts in the French Alps, including Val d’Isère, Méribel, Courchevel, La Tania, Les Menuires, and Alpe d’Huez.
The flexible contactless catered service allows friends and family to spend quality time together in the mountains in a safe, contact-free environment. Alternatively, all chalets can be booked as self-catering, where the chalet price doesn’t include food and drink. This self-catering service allows you to pre-order food and drink at the budget that suits you, at the local price (cost price at a local hypermarket). Speak to one of our ski experts for more information on the contactless catered service or self-catering service.
Our contactless chalets are divided into two categories, Classic contactless catering and Premium contactless catering. Both offer the same service with breakfast, afternoon tea and a three-course dinner and drinks for each day, but with small differences in the type of food and drink. We can organise drivers, private chefs, daily cleaning, ski/snowboard lessons, and more for those seeking a touch of luxury.
Guests will arrive at the chalet to a fully stocked kitchen, including food, beers and wine. Halfway through the week, when guests are out on the mountain, the backstage chalet staff will clean the accommodation, replace towels and re-stock the kitchen. There will be no contact unless requested. If needed, staff are just a phone call away. All that will be required from guests is to pop some of the food in the oven and perhaps cook a few basic items yourself, like vegetables or rice.
