Learn to ski with Snowsport England beginner courses
We’re all well and truly infected with the snow sports fever here at SNO, which is why we love the sound of the new Snowsport England campaign. Sharing our belief that anyone who hasn’t experienced the slopes already definitely should, GO SKI GO BOARD is all about spreading the fever around the country, making skiing and boarding more accessible to more people.
Schools, uni’s, community groups and bunches of friends from all over England are invited to take part in a package of 6 skiing or boarding sessions, usually spread over 6 weeks. Taking place in ski centres scattered around the nation, the programmes offer something for every stage of a snow sporting career, whether you’re trying it out for the very first time, wanting to build confidence, honing those skills or just looking for some slope time.
This is definitely something to consider if your first ski holiday is coming up this winter and you want to prepare for an amazing week on the snow rather than turning up as a complete novice – after 6 sessions you’ll have conquered all the basics, leaving you ready and confident to enjoy the slopes once you arrive in resort. It’s also ideal if you want to put what you learnt on a previous holiday into practice or for already established snow lovers with that all-too-familiar summer craving for winter snow.

A great way to get your non-skiing or snowboarding mates enjoying real snow.
They’ll be hooked enough to come on holiday with you next winter!
