It was a good holiday, we really enjoyed it. The staff were very good, really helpful. One of our party got ill and the person in charge of the resort was absolutely outstanding, he was really good! He helped late at night to get one of our group members to hospital which he sorted out. I was very impressed with that, and the staff all couldn’t have been more helpful.
The only thing was that the ski locker at the chalet wasn’t big enough and we ended up storing some skis on the balcony, but the rest of it was absolutely fine and just what we needed. The food was good, absolutely no problem, but maybe not as good as other holidays we’d been on. However, it was fine and good for us. The location couldn’t have been better, almost right on the slopes, a very short walk away. The ski lifts were within a 5 min walk I’d say. There was a bar opposite which we went to a couple times which was great and they did good burgers! 4.5/5

The staff were excellent, we had mainly Rhiannon and Freddie. They were really great! They were helpful, punctual and friendly and we thought they were really good. It was well kitted out and nicely decorated and we were really pleased with it. The food was really good, better than we expected it to be. The kids generally ate earlier than us, but they were really flexible. Some days we all ate together. Some days the kids had our food and some days the kids had different food depending on what the menu was. There was loads of food, more than we could possibly eat. The location was great. It was really near the Alpe Express gondola, like a couple minutes walk to there, so it was good for the kids and their clobber to get to ski school. Our favourite spot for a drink was Le Spot, which was on one of the nice green runs that the kids could do. So I’d say if you’re there with a family that is a good tip for the resort. We had a great holiday, a brilliant week!
