Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

"Sven Heul", 5-room chalet 105 m2 on 2 levels. Partly in 2015, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north-east facing position. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Terrace 24 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
