In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 200 m, grocery 300 m, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 200 m, railway station "Zell am See" 750 m, thermal baths "Tauern Spa" 8.7 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Spielcasino 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe-Saalbach, Areitbahn, Kitzsteinhorn. Hiking paths: Schmittenhöhe. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). On the ground floor there is also a closed and rarely visited Pet clinic belonging to the owner (quiet and with private entrance). Please note: the house can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons in winter and of 6 persons in summer, including children from 2 years old. Pets allowed (extra). The pet fee includes flea treatment, that must be done on the pet upon arrival. Extra bed available (extra). Parking by the house for max. 3 cars.

5-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2015, tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen), tiled stove. Open dining room. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. Large terrace, garden. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. First stack of firewood included, each further delivery extra.
