In the resort 400 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Bad, in a sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the skiing area, located by a road, south-west facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Communal covered parking. Shop, supermarket 500 m, bakery, café 450 m, bus stop "Salet" 450 m. Riding stable 700 m, slopes 150 m, ski bus stop 450 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 1 km, Corvatsch 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: San Murezzan 1 km, Stazersee 2 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Garage space n 6 (no WIFI), height 225 cm.
