Rairettes: Beautiful chalet "Mimique", 3 storeys, built in 2005, renovated in 2014. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Very steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.

"Mimique", 5-room chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, renovated in 2014, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, cable TV, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace, north-west facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the terrace, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall with separate WC, shower and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed, cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace, north facing position. Sauna. Top floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Terrace 55 m2, west facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed), garage. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 parking space (not covered). Charger for electric car.
