Villars: Very beautiful chalet "Khamariah", 3 storeys, built in 2005, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Domaine de La Residence, 1.6 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 420 m from the skiing area, south facing position. Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Shop 1.7 km, grocery, restaurant 800 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Chesières" 1.6 km, railway station "Villars-Bretaye" 2.6 km, indoor swimming pool 1.9 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 2.7 km, sports centre 2.7 km, mountain railway 2.6 km, ski lift 2.2 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, ski school 2.6 km, children's ski school 2.7 km, ice field 1.9 km, children's playground 2.8 km. "Khamariah", 5-room chalet 200 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position. Spacious, beautiful and luxurious furnishings: entrance hall. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Bath/WC. Upper floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the balcony. Small lounge with satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra). 2nd upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 190 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Large balcony, south facing position, small balcony, south facing position, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.
