Announcement from Le Kandahar
Le Kandahar hotel will become the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant in early winter 2014-15. With a 3.2 million dollar renovation, the landmark hotel will be upgraded to Holiday Inn standards, bringing it up to par with other Holiday Inn hotels around the world. The project will include a complete overhaul of the hotel’s bedrooms and most of its common spaces, such as the lobby, fitness center and breakfast room.
The bedrooms will see the biggest change:
- All the furniture will be replaced: sofas, armchairs, tables, nightstands, chairs, beds and mattresses.
- The wallpaper, curtains and carpet will be upgraded.
- The kitchenettes will be completely rejuvenated with new cabinet doors and backsplash.
In the newly refurbished hotel, you will find the same level of service and accommodations you’ve come to expect from Le Kandahar, just with a major facelift. The décor will thus reflect the quality and standards of a world-renowned hotel chain. For those of you who enjoyed the amenities of Le Kandahar hotel, fret not! Some things won’t change—you will still enjoy all the things you’ve come to love: free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), whirlpool bath and sauna.
