One of the Dolomites best hotels, the Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti is the perfect choice for your next Italian ski holiday. Dating back to the 1800s, the property retains its charm whilst offering a luxurious alpine retreat for its guests. The team here will do all they can to make your stay memorable. The Seceda lift's only 200 metres away so you have easy access to the slopes and if you're not up for walking then you can also hop on the free resort bus.
After a busy day skiing, make time to visit the state-of-the-art spa which has plenty of great facilities. Float around in the indoor pool or unwind in the steam rooms or newly renovated saunas. Soak up the mountain views in the outdoor heated pool and if you really want to treat yourself, book in for one of their award-winning treatments (payable locally). There's lots to keep the whole family entertained here - children can play board games, video games and even watch films at the AKI kids club.
The meals at the Adler are fantastic, a lot of effort goes into sourcing seasonal and regional ingredients to create a menu which includes hearty South Tyrolean Alpine dishes and Italian-Mediterranean cuisine.
Each morning you can fuel up for the day at the varied breakfast buffet which includes sweet and savouryoptions. When you return from a day on the slopes, head to the cocktail bar and a handcrafted cocktail or a glass of wine. There's live music a few times a week too.

•Amazing scenery •Charming village •Italian & Austrian influence
We love the mix of Austrian and Italian influence that you find throughout Ortisei. It’s the main town in the amazing Val Gardena and famous for its pastel coloured buildings, it’s also the prettiest. Ski blissfully uncrowded slopes in the presence of the craggy Dolomite peaks and round the day off with the food and wine that Italy does so well.
Great for •Families •Après ski •Groups
