For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture. In the house: reception, sauna, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking.
