Location: where is Chalet Lapin des Neiges

Chalet Lapin des Neiges is a charming freestanding stone and wood-clad chalet, just a 5-7 walk from the centre of Courchevel Moriond, formerly known as Courchevel 1650. The chalet is located on a quiet street, just off the main road which connects Courchevel Village (1550), Moriond (1650) and Courchevel 1850. The village offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the glitz of 1850, with more of a traditional mountain village atmosphere. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars and skiing to suit all abilities, with some lovely long green runs for beginners close to the village and the whole of the vast Three Valleys area to explore for more experienced skiers. If you don't fancy the walk to the centre of town, there is easy access via the escalator located close by to the chalet, which will whisky you straight up to the foot of the slopes and the many bars and restaurants Courchevel Moriond has to offer.

Overview: chalet description: Chalet Lapin des Neiges description

Wood clad and built of stone, Chalet Lapin des Neiges is a charming freestanding chalet in a fabulous location in one of France's favourite ski resorts. With five bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, Chalet Lapin de Neige is a great choice for a large family or group of friends, looking for a cosy home from home for a ski holiday in the fabulous Three Valleys. The chalet is wood-panelled throughout and attractively furnished in a style that gives these chalets a rustic French appearance.

Entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where you'll find a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bath room and toilet. The second bedroom is on the first floor, again with two single beds and en-suite shower room and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the second floor, of which two have balconies, each with two single beds and an en-suite shower room and toilet. All of the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished, with modern touches that compliment that traditional Alpine architecture.

The kitchen is located on the first floor and fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and a cafetiere. It is separate, but located next to the open-plan dining room, which is a sociable space for family dinners and post-dinner board games. Outside of the living room is a spacious terrace, with stunning panoramic views over Courchevel Village and across the valley.
With deep and comfortable sofas and a beautiful stone fire place, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a tiring day on the slopes. Complete with flat screen television and with free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, why not curl up in front of the fire and play games with your friends or enjoy a good film.

If you're travelling to the chalet by car, there is space for one car on the driveway in front of the chalet. If you're looking to book for a larger group, or have friends who are thinking of booking on later, there are three other chalets on the same road, making this an excellent option.
