Overview: chalet description: Chalet Annelies description

An exceptional chalet completed in the summer of 2012, Annelies is the perfect family retreat. Hand-crafted antique woods and natural stone have been matched with roll-top baths, beautiful fixtures, and sumptuous furnishings to create an incredibly chic interior.

Set out over three floors, the luxury chalet sleeps a maximum of ten people in four bedrooms. The chalet is a short stroll from the Savoleyres lift station and the nursery slopes.

The bottom floor of the chalet houses the garage, boot room, and the entertainment area encompassing a cinema room, a bar, and a spa. Spa facilities include a rock bath, sauna and a Hammam. A laundry room and a guest toilet are also located on this floor.

Stairs lead to the middle floor containing three bedrooms all with access to the surrounding terraces or balconies. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful roll-top bath and separate shower. The children’s bunk room sleeps four in two sets of hand-crafted bunk beds with en-suite bath and shower room. The third is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

The open plan living and dining area is located on the top floor, its elevation affording panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The large fireplace is perfect to relax in front of after a hard day on the slopes. The living area accesses the wrap-around balconies with an outside dining area. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto this area. A further double guest bedroom with en-suite shower room is located to the back of the property.

The chalet is sold on a catered or self-catered basis. When sold on a catered basis the chalet normally comes with a 24 hour 4x4 driving service.

Two internal parking spaces are available at the property.

Established in 1937, posh party town Verbier covers a sunny plateau slap bang in the middle of Switzerland’s 4 valleys – which just happens to be one of Europe’s biggest and best ski areas. The easy-on-the-eye architecture’s a pretty mix of wood and slate, but it’s what you’ll find within some of these walls that’ll blow your socks off… Blending in with dozens of classic chalets and ski hotels, this place has some of the most luxurious lodgings on the planet. Some hotels come with designer suites an...
Besides being famous for its off-piste routes, Verbier’s well groomed slopes are well known as some of the most challenging in the Alps. Although it mainly attracts intermediate, advanced and expert level skiers seeking adventurous off-piste and steeps experience, the 37 local pistes covering 100km provide for all abilities. The resort has three areas specifically for beginners, including the gentle slopes at Les Moulins, which has a children’s area and Les Esserts, with its 120m magic carpet. Those with a b...

An absolute legend is the Farinet - with a huge sliding roof, a commanding position over the mai...
