Private: terrace, fireplace. Steep motor access to the house. Single garage at 100 m, public parking 400 m. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bakery 1.3 km, café 1.3 km, bus stop "Patier" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.2 km, tennis, riding stable, sports centre 500 m, skisport facilities 1.8 km, ski school 1.7 km, ski-kindergarten 1 km, ice field 500 m, children's playground 1.3 km. Free ski bus service to the ski region Médran 1,8km, Savoleyre 2,2km et and Le Carrefour 3,1km. Access to the chalet via a steep road. No possibility of parking in front of the chalet in winter.

"Château Lapin", 4-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage space n 11 at 100 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Ceiling height in small bedroom is between 2.38 and 1.25 m.
