Overview: hotel description: Alpenhof Kristall description

A warm welcome awaits at the Kristall, where the staff are known for their friendly service. And if you’re a fan of peace and quiet, but still want to be close to everything, this is the place for you – it’s in a quiet spot on the edge of the resort but is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the Penken gondola. Or you can catch the ski bus instead if you like.

The rooms have a modern look and they all have a private balcony where you can sit back and soak up the sun and mountain air. Or to kick the relaxation up a gear, mosey on down to the wellness area to try the sauna, steam room and infrared cabin.

Time to eat? Fill your plate with sliced meat, cheese and bread from the buffet spread each morning and, in the evening, Mayrhofen’s restaurants are right there waiting. Or upgrade to half board and get your evening meals included at the nearby Hotel Neuhaus. There’s a mix of Austrian favourites and international classics on the menu, as well as well as weekly themed buffets to tickle your tastebuds.
