Voyage Sorgun

Definitely a 5 star plus hotel for the level of service. Very high staff to guest ratio and our outstanding personal assistants Safak & Janara & Rosa contacted us every day to check our needs were being met. Hotel has excellent facilities for children and adults alike and it never seems crowded even when full. We tried all the restaurants and the steaks were amazing. Professional shows every night and a waiter took your drinks order as soon as you sat down. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we even had to turn the AC down, it was so effective. Hard to find anything to fault and I am sure we will be back again next year.

We spent a week ay the Voyage Sorgun and I cant say enough good things about it. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We will 100% be going back. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are amazing, food is great, pools are a little cold but a nice way to cool off on a hot day. There is a huge amount to do and first class entertainment. We didnt leave the resort and didnt feel like we needed to. The resort and grounds are stunning, everything is in good condition. Everything is included in the all inclusive, premium spirts, chocolates, icecream, pastry, food whenever you want it. I also needed to see the dr, he came to the hotel and then the medecine was delivered to the hotel. So we didnt need to leave at all. Any request you have, the staff at this hotel will try to help you. It is the most well organised hotel i have ever been to and the qr codes by every sun bed is genius. As is a personal assistant via whatsapp!!! We loved it. Incredible place. 10/10

Great hotel with the most amazing staff, special shout out to Kerim, Ugur, Karim & Berat who make the hotel that extra bit special. Never need to go to a bar to order drinks and are well looked after 3rd year in a row we have been and will be back again, you wont be disappointed

a good hotel for traveling with friends, everything you need is on site, you don’t even need to go out into the city, I really enjoyed spending time there, beautiful pools, the beach is big enough, the staff was polite!!!!!very good kitchen and normal rooms, suitable for a family holiday

Came here with my children and grandchildren expecting a routine beach holiday. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Arrived late after a flight delay and private pick up no show to a warm welcome and quick efficient check in. The was an opportunity to have a meal and drinks if we had wanted as there is a 24 hr cafe restaurant open with an attached patisserie serving food to order. We were allocated a sea view room in the main hotel whilst the rest of our family had opted for family bungalows in the hotel grounds. Our suite was an adequate size with an option for a third person on a sofa bed. It was immaculately clean with a comfortable king size bed, decent pillows and light duvet. The bathroom didn’t have a bath but had a large walk in shower with a rain shower head and an additional flexible shower. All toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving kits were supplied. The room had a quiet and efficient air con system that was easy to operate. The tv was a bit of a let down as the supplied channels were poor for uk guests. (Didn’t watch it for the duration of the holiday) . There was also an easy to operate safe. The hotel also has great WiFi so there is no need to buy expensive Sim packages with your network provider. The hotel has a large main buffet restaurant where you have breakfast, thereafter an option to have lunch and an evening meal. There are also a number of other restaurants comprising Greek, Turkish, steakhouse, Italian and Chinese at a small premium for adults. As standard we were allocated a personal assistant for the duration of our stay. She set up a family chat group on What’s app so we could directly message her with any issues or questions. She was invaluable, she booked all our a la carte restaurants for us, arranged maintenance to attend to an air con fault and a surprise delivery of fruit, wine and a birthday cake for our grand daughter’s birthday. She also arranged for a late check out for all of rooms free of charge as our flight times were late in the day. There a number of swimming pools that cater for all age groups and swimming abilities. There are also quiet areas for adults and an adult only pool. Towels were plentiful and clean. There were also plenty sun beds on the beach, grassed areas and poolside. There is also a water slide water park area catering for all ages with life guards throughout. Easy access to the beach and two expansive piers. There are organised activities on throughout the day including water aerobics, yoga, water bikes and water polo…… The is also a water sport centre adjacent to the hotel that has jet skis, parasailing, banana boats etc for hire. A long story short, what makes the hotel special is the staff. So friendly, efficient and a genuine willingness to please. So family friendly and a can do attitude. There is a big emphasis on hygiene too. The food in all the restaurants was first class. The buffet was expansive and catered for all nationalities and children. High quality food freshly prepared and replenished regularly. All our a la carte meals were an experience and delicious. When they say “all inclusive” they really mean it. There is no penny pinching here. Drinks are all from recognised brands. If you want wine with a meal you get the bottle (or two) at your table. During the day there are ice cream kiosks, fruit bars, coffee and alcoholic drinks/snacks readily available through an efficient ordering system with QR codes allocated to your seated area. Service was quick and efficient. Rubbish bins were emptied regularly and the pool toilets were also serviced regularly throughout the day. Entertainment is available at night at an outdoor stage there is a children’s disco early in the evening followed by a later stage production of singers and dancers. In summary we had a great family holiday This hotel goes the extra all inclusive mile with friendly staff who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. We’ll definitely be back and I would strongly recommend it.
